Instructions for FTP Transfers to or from Big Print's FTP Server
Big Print maintains a secure FTP site for our clients to quickly upload files to us at no cost. You can upload your file(s) directly to our FTP site by using the file upload widget on our website.
This allows you select the file to upload either by drag and drop or by the standard browse method. Just click on the button below to get started.
FTP Instructions
Our FTP site can be accessed through FTP client software applications such as FETCH (for Mac users) and FireFTP or Filezilla for Windows users,.
Preparing your files:
- Please put all the graphic files you want to upload into a folder. Name the folder by Customer Name and Job Name.
- Compress the folder using software such as Stuffit or WinZip.
Upload your files:

Access our FTP site by using a FTP software application.
- Address = ftp.bigprintinc.com
- Username = PrintBig
- Password = Largeformat09
When your upload is complete:
- Send an email to bigart@bigprintinc.com with the folder or file name and any other information that will be important to get your job printed correctly.
- Make sure to contact your account representative at Big Print to let them know that the files have been uploaded.
